"Where We Gather”

New Work by Herringer Kiss Artists

 

We are thrilled to announce that after months of remediation since the fire and break-in on February 20th, we will be resuming regular gallery hours on September 15th and our Opening Reception will be Saturday, September 19th from 2 to 5 pm.

 

When we were closed for so many months, we realized that the gallery is much more than a space to see art. It’s a space where we connect with artists, collectors, art enthusiasts and community. It’s where artists receive validation for their mostly solitary studio practices, where people gather; to learn how others see the world, where questions, debate and dialogue occur, usually with a cup of coffee or a glass of wine. This is what we have all been missing these past long months.

 

So please join us as we gather once again, to celebrate our re-opening and our community.

 

The past 6 months have been particularly hard on our artists. For most, HKG is their main gallery and so they have been without a space to show their new work, connect with you or to sell their art. So if you’ve been thinking of buying a piece of art, starting a collection or adding to your collection, we really hope you’ll find something in this selection of spectacular new work by our artists.
